Pinsa with Grana Padano flakes, Bresaola and Truffle oil
We take the Pinsa out of the packaging and place it in the preheated oven, as it is in its baking tray. 5 minutes at 250°C are enough.
Scaglie di Grana Padano ! We take the Grana and once the Pinsa has heated up well, we take it out of the oven and immediately add the flakes.
This way the heat will make the flakes tastier.
Then we take the bresaola slices and spread them on the surface of the Pinsa. Add a few more flakes on top and finish with a dose of olio al tartufo to make the Pinsa even more delicious and aromatic!
Pinsa with Mortadella and Pistachios
Remove the Pinsa from the packaging and place it in the preheated oven, as it is in its baking pan. 5 minutes at 250°C are enough.
Once the Pinsa has heated up well, remove it from the oven and immediately add the mortadella slices . The hotter the Pinsa is, the more the mortadella will soften.
Then, on a cutting board, cut the pistachios into very small pieces with a knife. Sprinkle evenly on the surface of the Pinsa.
As a final touch, before serving it directly in its baking pan, add a little extra virgin olive oil for more color and aroma to our dish.13.50 € -
