Products and Returns
In the event that a product is not available, the customer will be informed by phone or e-mail. Any product offers that appear in our e-shop are always valid while stocks last.
Products Returns Charged to TUTTOFOOD EE
Products can be returned at a charge by TUTTOFOOD EE in the following cases:
The order has been executed incorrectly by type and/or quantity,
Products that have been shipped have exceeded their expiration date on the date of shipment,
In the event that upon delivery the item has an opened package or in the event that it is found that the item has been altered before its expiration date.
In these cases, the products must be returned in the condition received by the customer. In any case, the return of the product to be replaced should be accompanied by a copy of the document that accompanied the product (Invoice or Retail Receipt) and its complete packaging. Returns are accepted by agreement and only if the products are unused and in the condition they were received.

In case of return of the products and provided that the products have been previously received and checked by TUTTOFOOD EE, the refund to the customer will be made by deducting the amount corresponding to the products to be returned, from the amount of the initial charge on the credit card or the customer’s debit card. If the customer has paid by cash on delivery, the refund will be made by deposit to a bank account indicated by the customer.
In the event that the product has been used or its original packaging has been damaged, returns are not accepted.
In case of return of a damaged or incomplete product due to the fault of the customer, the return is not accepted.
In the event that the return is not made within the time period (3) of three calendar days from the day of receipt or some of the return conditions are not met, TUTTOFOOD EE has the right not to accept the products back and not to proceed with their replacement.
In case the package containing the products is open or in bad condition, the customer must refuse to receive it from the carrier. In this case, TUTTOFOOD EE undertakes the refund by deducting the amount from the customer’s credit or debit card, the amount corresponding to the merchandise that was not received.

Foods that require controlled temperatures are considered perishable products, whether fresh or frozen. For these products, returns are not accepted.
Non-perishable products can be returned at the customer’s expense, in cases where the customer has changed his mind for any reason and/or no longer wishes to purchase the product, as long as the withdrawal period mentioned below has not expired. In this case, only the amount of money corresponding to the value of the products is returned, with the shipping costs being borne exclusively by the customer. In both of the above-mentioned cases, the product must be in perfect condition, together with the copy of the original document that accompanied the product (e.g. Invoice Number, Retail Receipt, etc.) and complete its original packaging.
In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, TUTTOFOOD EE has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to unilaterally make a full or partial claim against the customer.
In the event of a return of the products, and provided that the products have been previously received and checked by TUTTOFOOD EE, the refund to the customer will be made by deducting the amount from the original amount charged to the credit or debit card for the amount corresponds to the product to be returned. This will be done by TUTTOFOOD EE If the customer has paid by cash on delivery, the refund will be made by depositing into a bank account indicated by the customer.
The buyer is entitled to withdraw without reason within three (3) working days from the date of delivery and receipt of the sold products, returning the goods in perfect condition. The return of the item is accepted only if the buyer has first paid any amount incurred by the company for sending the item to them, as well as the cost of returning the item.
