Fantastic Mascarpone Cup with Amaretti Recipe
250g Amaretti, 500g mascarpone , 120g fresh liquid cream, 100g powdered sugar,
100g dark chocolate, Coffee to taste.
Prepare the coffee to soak the amaretti and set aside.
In a bowl, combine the mascarpone, fresh cream (very cold), and powdered sugar.
Whip with an electric mixer until desired consistency. Set aside in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Ingredients for 4 servings:
400g Liguori PGI spaghetti, Parsley, garlic, chili pepper, 8 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 4 tablespoons anchovy sauce
Preparation: Boil the pasta in unsalted water. Meanwhile, chop the parsley, garlic, and chili pepper (if desired), add 8 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil and 4 tablespoons anchovy sauce.
Add the pasta al dente, mix well (raw) and serve.
