Bottarga Roe 260g – Piece Price
Fantastic recipe: Spaghetti alla bottarga
While you wait for the spaghetti to cook “al dente”, start preparing the dressing. Pour a little oil in a pan and sauté a clove of garlic or onion, wait for it to brown and grate the roe in the desired amount.
When the spaghetti is boiled, pour it into the pan and add parsley and chili pepper. The most popular way to enjoy roe is to grate it over dishes, such as parmesan . Another method is to cut it into thin slices, to accompany dishes. It is ideal to complete many fish-based dishes: from appetizers, such as carpaccio and seafood salads, to first courses, such as spaghetti or seafood risotto. .160.00 €Bottarga Roe 260g – Piece Price
