Once thawed, do not refreeze and consume within 24 hours of thawing.

Defrosting instructions:
For best results, place the desired amount of scallops on a thick layer of kitchen paper and leave to defrost in the refrigerator overnight.
For faster defrosting, immerse the sealed bag in cold water for 30 minutes. Remove the scallops from the bag. Drain. Do not rinse. Dry gently. Once defrosted, use as fresh.
It is not necessary to remove frozen scallops from the half shell, especially if you plan to bake or gratinate them, as the shell serves as a natural container. If you prefer to cook them in a pan, it is recommended to defrost, rinse, and remove them from the shell for immediate cooking.
