Fantastic Recipe: Caciocavallo al Gratin
Start preparing the Caciocavallo au gratin by sautéing the leeks, sliced, in a pan with two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. After a few minutes, add the chopped chard, 1/2 glass of water and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
Season with salt and pepper, place on baking trays and cover with 1 slice of Caciocavallo.
Bake in the oven (grill mode) at 180°C until the cheese starts to brown. Serve the Caciocavallo au gratin with a few sage leaves.25.00 € -
