Taleggio Cheese 200g

It has the peculiarity that it is salted after its production, it is soft and creamy with a yellowish color.
Taste sweet but also quite intense, due to the long maturation.
It matures traditionally, in cases made of pine wood for 50 days.
It goes extremely well with apples, pears and figs.  It is eaten as an appetizer or dessert but is also used in various recipes.
