E per finire, un grande classico del bancone, perfetto per accendere la convivialità prima, durante o dopo un pasto speciale: il Bloody Mary! Succo di pomodoro accompagnato da Vodka, limone, tabasco, Worchestershire Sauce e glassa di aceto balsamico.
Ingredienti: 45 ml di Vodka, 90 ml di succo di pomodoro, succo di limone fresco, poche gocce di Salsa Worchestershire
poche gocce di Tabasco, 4/5 gocce di glassa di aceto balsamico, sale e pepe, ghiaccio, rosmarino o sedano per decorare
Pocedimento: Raffreddate bene il mixing glass con il ghiaccio, poi eliminatelo. Aggiungete il succo di limone, il pepe, il sale, il Tabasco e la Glassa di Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP Varvello. Dopo aver mescolato bene, aggiungete il succo di pomodoro e la Vodka, miscelate bene e aggiungete nuovamente i cubetti di ghiaccio. Dopo di che, ossigenate bene il cocktail con la tecnica del throwing (facendo passare il liquido più volte attraverso il ghiaccio).
