Traditional recipe from the city of Ascoli, which has spread outside of Italy. Ready in a few minutes of baking but they are delicious and cold! A gastronomic delicacy with a soft meat filling.
They are accompanied by medium-bodied white wines and lemon slices. They go very well with grilled meat.

Ingredients: Green olives 32%, breadcrumbs 22% (soft WHEAT flour, brewer’s yeast, salt, paprika, turmeric), turkey meat 11%, beef meat 7%, porridge (WHEAT flour, WHEAT starch, salt), vegetables in varying proportions (carrots, onions), mortadella (pork, pork fat, pork rind, rice flour, salt, garlic, preservative: sodium nitrite), cheese (MILK, salt, microbial rennet), sunflower oil, WHEAT flour, white wine, potato flakes (potato, emulsifiers: mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids), lemon juice, salt, nutmeg, black pepper, rosemary.
May contain traces of shellfish, eggs, fish, sea molluscs, soy, mustard. *Possibility of olive pits.
In the Air Fryer : (for 200g of product) place them frozen, spray with the Vaporizzatore olive oil and bake at 180°C for 7 minutes for crispy and golden olives!
In the pan: (for 200g of product) in a preheated non-stick pan with plenty of preheated oil, add the olives without defrosting them. Bake over medium heat for about 5 minutes, turning them until they are well browned.
In a fan oven: Preheat to 180°C (on the top and bottom heat at 200°C). Place the olives, always without defrosting, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the middle position of the oven for about 12 minutes (on the top and bottom heat for about 16 minutes).
