Olive Ascolane Fried Stuffed Olives Frozen 1.0 Kg

Traditional recipe of the city Ascoli, which has been spread outside Italy. ‘Ready with a little heating in the oven but they are delicious and cold! A culinary delicacy with a soft meat filling. They are accompanied by white wines with medium body and lemon slices. They go well with grilled meat. The package contains about 50/55 pieces.
Preparation:In the air fryer: Without thawing the olives, pour them in plenty of hot oil (about 180°C) and fry for about 3 minutes, until golden brown. Remove them and let them dry on absorbent paper.
In the pan: Heat a little oil in a frying pan and add the olives without thawing them. Bake over medium heat for about 3 minutes, turning them over until golden brown. In an oven: Preheat to 200°C and place the olives, always without defrosting, in a baking pan. Leave them for 8/10 minutes.
