Lardo di Colonnata PGI 480/530g – Piece Price
A wonderful recipe: Shrimp with lardo di Colonnata in the oven.
Ingredients for 2 people: 12 large shrimp, 12 thin slices of lardo, pepper, thyme.
If the shrimp are frozen, defrost and clean them, carefully removing the shell, tail and gut .
Wrap a thin slice of lardo around each shrimp, making sure that the shrimp is completely covered.
Sprinkle with pepper and bake in a preheated oven for 9/10 minutes at 180°C, in air or resistance.25.00 € -
