One of the best red wines of Puglia. A well-made double-fermented wine, with character, very fruity but velvety, always pleasant and easy to drink.
Deep purple color, full-bodied and ripe tannins. Warm, generous wine, rich with a bouquet of plums, cherries in alcohol, blueberry jam. Decorated with notes of spices, aromas of dried flowers, salt and a distinct aroma of Mediterranean vegetation.
Ideal accompaniment for grilled meat, pulled pork, lamb chops, oven lasagna, brisket and dishes with very rich flavor.
Serve between 18-20 °C Alcohol content 14% vol.
