Pecorino cheese with truffle.
Pecorino is produced with sheep’s milk from local farms. Black truffle is added to the pecorino during preparation, giving it a typical aroma. Pecorino with truffle has a white paste tending towards straw yellow, with pieces of black truffle visible inside. Cheese to be tasted pure to understand the finesse of the excellent combination of sheep’s milk and truffle.

Ingredients:
Pasteurized sheep’s MILK, summer truffle brisure 1.7% (summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt), water, flavorings, salt), salt, rennet, ferments. Surface treated with rapeseed oil. Inedible rind.
Made in Italy. Hard cheese Long matured, Sheep’s Milk.
How it’s made: The fresh milk from the morning milking is collected and taken to the dairy, it is pasteurized and inoculated with rennet and lactic ferments. Once the curd is obtained, it is chopped and the goat’s cheese shape is formed. During processing, pieces of black truffle are added which give the pecorino a unique aroma.
Storage: the whole piece is stored in a dry and cool place, after cutting it is stored in the refrigerator between 0°C and 4°C, wrapped in food film or natural fiber cloth.
