Fantastic Mascarpone Cup with Amaretti Recipe
250g Amaretti, 500g mascarpone , 120g fresh liquid cream, 100g powdered sugar,
100g dark chocolate, Coffee to taste.
Prepare the coffee to soak the amaretti and set aside.
In a bowl, combine the mascarpone, fresh cream (very cold), and powdered sugar.
Whip with an electric mixer until desired consistency. Set aside in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Balsamic Black Glaze Varvello with Balsamico di Modena PGI 250ml
Fantastic Bloody Mary cocktail with Varvello glaze
A great idea to create a pleasant atmosphere before, during or after a special meal: the Bloody Mary! Tomato juice accompanied by vodka, lemon, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce and balsamic glaze.
Ingredients: 45 ml vodka, 90 ml tomato juice, fresh lemon juice, a few drops of Worcestershire sauce, a few drops of Tabasco, 4-5 drops of balsamic glaze, salt and pepper, ice, rosemary or celery for garnish.
Execution: Chill the mixing glass with ice and then remove it. Add the lemon juice, pepper, salt, Tabasco and Varvello cream. After mixing well, add the tomato juice and vodka, mix well and add the ice cubes again. Then, aerate the cocktail well using the pouring technique (stirring the liquid through the ice several times).
