Vov is a historic Italian specialty, created in Padua in 1845. This time-tested specialty combines fresh egg yolks, sugar, and the prized Marsala wine. Originally used as a tonic, it is now an icon of Italian taste, with authentic tradition and an unmistakable creaminess.
Tasting notes: Creamy yellow in color with a dense and velvety consistency. The sweet aroma of eggs dominates the nose, balanced by the warm, vinous notes of Marsala. On the palate, it is enveloping and creamy, with a full flavor reminiscent of zabaglione.
