One of the richest and most exuberant red wines in the world, made in Valpolicella and the wider area of the city of Verona, renowned to all wine lovers.
Dry mild wine, full bodied and fleshy. Complex bouquet, with forest fruits, black fruits, dried flowers, anise, licorice and notes of amarena cherries preserved in alcohol.
A finish tasting earth, spices, walnuts and hazelnuts. Intense red ruby color, tends to purple as years go by.
Best suited to accompany meats, casserole dishes, roasts, lasagna, gnocchi with cheese, ripened cheese.
Best served between 12-14 °C. Alcohol 12% vol
