Pure lean pork, from the shoulder and leg, to which a little Pancetta, salt and pepper, spices and wine are added, thus enhancing its flavor. The ingredients are put in a natural casing and tied by hand.
Ideal for the pan or the grill but also as an ingredient in sauces, pasta dishes, oven dishes and more. Accompanied by Chianti wines.
