Mozzarella in carrozza recipe:
Ingredients: Mozzarella stick slices, 8 slices of pancarre’ bread, 2 eggs, ½ glass of milk, a little salt.
Preparation: Cut the Mozzarella into slices (a little less than 1 cm thick).
Cut the crust from the pancarre’ slices.
Pour a few tablespoons of milk on the bread slices and place a slice of Mozzarella in between.
Join the 2 slices, dip them in the eggs that we have beaten previously and fry in hot oil (preferably peanut oil).
