An elegant, dry red wine made from Carmenere grapes grown in the estate’s vineyards in Chile’s Central Valley. The Central Valley is the cradle of the country’s culture and traditions, as well as its primary wine-producing region, known for wines that are rich and possess a distinctive character. The ideal local climate ensures that the grapes reach optimal ripeness and quality. Following the harvest—carried out once the berries have reached peak maturity—the grapes undergo traditional, temperature-controlled vinification. The wine is then aged for 5 months in a combination of French (80%) and American (20%) oak barrels, which enriches its flavor and aroma with notes of spice and fine wood. Serving temperature: 16–18 °C.
