Intense and ethereal flavor of red fruits and spices, with dry, harmonic taste and rounded tannins.
Bright ruby color with violet flashes, that tend to purple as years go by.
Best suited to accompany first courses with ragu meat sauces, grilled red meat or in the oven, grilled lamb, pork casserole, cheese, soups and game.Best served between 19-20 °C.  Alcohol 12% vol
