Cantucci or Cantuccini, are a traditional Tuscan almond recipe and are among the most famous and beloved Italian cookies in the world.
Small, sweet and double-baked, with a crispy and dry texture. They are baked until they acquire a beautiful golden brown color.
They are served with coffee or with the classic sweet wine “ Vin Santo ”, an ideal choice after any important meal.
Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, almonds 20%, fresh egg yolk from free-range hens 4.8%, fresh eggs from free-range hens 4.8%, fresh pasteurized whole milk 4.8%, butter, honey 0.5%, raising agents (sodium dihydrogen pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate), salt, flavors.
