Black Truffle Butter 250g

A fine specialty, it is a delicious butter cream enriched with flakes of black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum vitt), which add the distinctive aroma and the intense but at the same time soft -slightly hazelnut- flavor of this particular truffle.
Ideal as a condiment for any pasta dish, risotto or as an accompaniment to cheese fondue and various pates. Very suitable on toasted slices of bread, grissini, bruschette or to give extra flavor notes to egg or meat-based dishes.
