Fantastic recipe for a dessert with Balsamic Varvello
Pears and Parmigiano Reggiano / Grana Padano with Aceto Balsamic Varvello
Ingredients for 4 people: 4 Pears, 50g of cheese, Glassa-Crema Condirè with Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP Varvello, Sugar.
Preparation: Peel the pear, cut it in half and remove the apple core and seeds, making a boat shape. Using a suitable kitchen tool, get a parmigiano stick of the shape you already have, and position it in each half of the pear, in the cavity you created earlier.
Turn on the oven at 180°C, place the pear on a baking sheet covered with oven paper and bake for 20 minutes.
Turn off the oven, sprinkle the pear with a glass of balsamic vinegar and a little sugar. Place in the oven for a few moments, to get a better glaze, and serve. You can add to taste, chopped walnuts, pine nuts and raisins.
