Fantastic Mascarpone Cup with Amaretti Recipe
250g Amaretti, 500g mascarpone , 120g fresh liquid cream, 100g powdered sugar,
100g dark chocolate, Coffee to taste.
Prepare the coffee to soak the amaretti and set aside.
In a bowl, combine the mascarpone, fresh cream (very cold), and powdered sugar.
Whip with an electric mixer until desired consistency. Set aside in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Dip the amaretti in the coffee and fill the cups until the cups are full, in this order: mascarpone cream, chocolate chips, amaretti, and continue until the cups are filled to the brim.
