For cases where the product has not been fully consumed, the preservation of its organoleptic properties is ensured by the air removal pump.
Oxygen is the biggest enemy of wine. After just one day, its taste can be spoiled by oxidation.
To avoid changes in taste or having to throw away the wine, this pump is the ideal solution.
The vacuum pump removes the air from the opened bottle and seals it with a reusable rubber stopper. Place the stopper on the bottle and remove the air using the pump. A “click” will be heard when the optimal vacuum level has been reached.
