The secret of its production lies in the way of baking, it is done in ovens with steam and smoking with beech wood. This gives it its unique flavor.
It is eaten with pastries, with vegetables such as carrots, zucchini, cherry tomatoes or olives, with honey, with Asiago cheese, with mushrooms or even with fruits (pineapple, grapefruit, white grapes). It is accompanied by light beers, such as Peroni or Moretti.
