The wood used is not only beautiful and durable but also antibacterial. With dimensions suitable for pizza but also ideal as a serving tray for cheeses and cold cuts.
For proper cleaning, sprinkle the surface with baking soda and a few drops of vinegar or lemon, then rub gently with a slightly rough sponge. Rinse the plate under running water and let it dry. To maintain the elasticity and shine of the wood, periodically rub it with a few drops of linseed oil over its entire surface.
Do not use detergent and do not wash in the dishwasher.
