Salame Milano Slices 100g

Traditional salami from the Milan area, contains pork, beef and various spices. It is left to mature for 1-2 months so that it acquires its firm consistency. Easily digestible, with small grains, it has a delicate and sweet taste with a bright red color.
Ideal as an appetizer in combination with cheeses such as Scamorza or Mozzarella Fior di Latte. It is also eaten with mushrooms, potatoes, with pasta cut into small strips or it tastes great in soups cut into cubes.
Thin slices in airtight packaging.
Ingredients:  lean pork, lean beef, pork fat, salt, pepper, white wine, spices.
