Pesto Genovese Usage: Mix pesto over your pasta, pour on your pizza or add in your sandwiches and focaccia.
Use also as salad dressing, it can also be used cold as a cold sauce for dips.
Always add it raw to pizza or pinsa straight from the oven. To maximize its flavor, we recommend not cooking it.
The recommended amount of pesto per serving of pasta is about 50-60 grams.

Adding even a little of the pasta boiling water enhances the pesto’s flavor.
The raw oil on the surface preserves the aroma. Stir before use.
Ingredients: Basil 35%, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, cashew nuts, Grana Padano PDO cheese [milk, salt, rennet (egg lysozyme)],
potato starch, sugar, salt, garlic, pine nuts, antioxidant E300, acidity regulator E270.
Contain milk, egg. May contain traces of peanuts.
Store in a dry and cool place. After opening the package, store in the refrigerator.
