Soft cheese with an elastic texture, with a special flavor, produced exclusively from whole buffalo milk. It is worked and takes its final form by hand, offering connoisseurs a high-quality cheese.
Buffalo mozzarella should always be soaked in its liquid until ready to eat. If you don’t plan to eat it whole, save the liquid for proper storage. When you eat it, mozzarella should be at a temperature of about 18-20°C. So if you store it in the refrigerator, at about 4°C, take it out of the refrigerator half an hour before eating it to allow it to reach the optimal temperature. If you’re in a hurry or just don’t want to wait, soak the mozzarella in hot water, at 35-40°C, for about ten minutes.
