Famous pink-colored sausage made from selected Italian pork, the lean part from the shoulder of the animal and the fatty part from the neck. The latter is the best quality as it is rich in monounsaturated fats, suitable for our body. It is steamed for several hours, even for days.
Light and dietary, it is soft with a sweet, delicate flavor and an intense aroma.
Thin slices in airtight packaging.
It is used as an ingredient in many recipes but also plain in appetizers, sandwiches, savory cakes and more. Accompanied by the special Natureo Torres Muscat.
