Guanciale in Cubes 100g

The most famous recipes with Guanciale are undoubtedly Spaghetti IGP/PGI 500g Carbonara or  Bucatini IGP/PGI 500g   Amatriciana, but they are also excellent for adding extra flavour to savoury pies, sauces and much more…just follow your inspiration!
Given the high fat content of the sausage, we recommend sautéing it in a hot pan without adding oil, to make it even crispier.
It is not suitable for cooking in the oven. It should be cooked before consumption.
