Soft cheese made from pasteurized whole cow’s milk.
It is characterized by a rough crust of gray color, inedible, with a soft whitish interior crossed by blue-green lines.
Ideal combination with raw or cooked vegetables but also with fresh or dried fruits. Also with honey, chocolate and jams. It goes well with soft wines and double malt blonde beers.
Ingredients: milk, rennet, salt, Penicillium culture.
