Cotechino Precooked 500g

Cotechino made with Italian meat, free from polyphosphates and gluten. It has a delightful aroma and a very full flavor.

Easy to cook and delicious to eat.
How to prepare it:
Place the intact package in a pot with plenty of boiling water.
Boil for about 20-25 minutes (always follow the specific instructions on the package).
Remove the bag from the water, cut a corner to release the liquid and gelatin, open the bag, remove the cotechino, and slice it.
Serve immediately, piping hot, with classic side dishes, such as lentils, mashed potatoes, or vegetables like spinach.
