A favorite of the holders, it becomes so famous over time, to the point of embodying the word champagne. It is particularly appreciated not only in France but throughout the world.
The characteristic of this champagne is the vineyards from which it is produced, where the Pinot Nero and Chardonnay varieties stand out, with the presence of Meunier. The whole is complemented by a 25-30% of aged wines that give complexity and depth to the final product. Aging for several years.
Pairs well with cold cuts, shellfish, seafood, steamed or fried fish appetizers, breaded vegetables.
Blend: 45% Pinot Nero, 30% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Meunier. Contains sulfites.
Champagne for important occasions, served cold between 8-10 °C. Alcohol content 12% vol.
