The dough is rolled out by hand, making the product very fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. You can fill it with whatever you want or serve it as an original type of bread, sprinkled with coarse salt, oregano and a little extra virgin olive oil, cut into small strips. It goes wonderfully with cheese and cold cuts.
