Famous cold cuts produced in Alto Adige. Like Prosciutto Crudo, it is made from the pork leg. The leg is opened and sprinkled with a mixture of salt and pepper, rosemary, juniper and bay leaf, in varying proportions. It is then lightly smoked with selected types of wood. The average maturation period is about 22 weeks.
In airtight packaging with a separate protective surface each.
Ingredients:  pork, salt, spices, aromatic herbs, antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), preservative (sodium nitrite).
