Ravioli with ricotta and spinach  is one of the great classic dishes of Italian cuisine. They are considered comfort food.

Plain: This is perhaps the most popular, simple and effective sauce to enhance the filling of stuffed pasta.
Wash and dry some fresh sage leaves and then place them in a large frying pan with a little butter. After a few minutes, the butter will have melted
and acquired a delicious flavor. Drain the ravioli and gently mix them into the pan with the sauce.
