Tortelloni Stuffed with Lobster and Crab Meat Recipe

Ingredients for 2 people:
Tortelloni stuffed with lobster and crabmeat , 3 leek sticks, cream, smoked salmon , vodka or tsipouro, red pepper .
Preparation:
Cut the leek into very small, thin pieces (do not use the hard, green part).
In a large frying pan large enough to fit the pasta, heat a little butter and add the leek, chopped into very small pieces, in generous amounts, being careful not to burn it. After a few minutes, add the cream and stir. Once the leek has wilted, add the smoked salmon, chopped into small pieces.
To soften the aroma of the salmon, add a small dose of vodka or tsipouro. In the meantime, cook the pasta. Add them to the pan with the sauce and stir for 4 minutes.
Garnish the edge of the plate with red cayenne pepper and serve.
