Easy to digest and rich in vitamins, minerals and trace elements. Mainly in calcium, its consumption helps strengthen bones and fight osteoporosis.
It goes well with fruits, honey, nuts. Grated or flaked, garnish soups and velvet. It also accompanies mainly dishes and salads.
