Product packaged in a protective atmosphere. Store in the refrigerator at +2/4 °C.
Consume within 3 days of opening the package.
Boiling time: 3 minutes.
Ingredients:  durum wheat semolina 40%, Ricotta cheese 26% (whey, milk, salt), fresh eggs 11% (27% of the dough), Porcini mushrooms 6% (Boletus edulis and similar), Parmigiano Reggiano PDO 5% (milk, salt, rennet), water, breadcrumbs (soft wheat flour, salt, yeast), salt, butter, spices.
