The Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes used for this wine are skillfully blended to create a unique product, sourced from South-Eastern Australia and aged in oak barrels.
In the glass, this Shiraz/Cabernet displays a clear red hue and an aroma of red fruits, enhanced by a subtle spicy note contributed by the Shiraz grapes. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, featuring prominent fruity notes and well-defined tannins. The finish reveals a perfectly balanced wine.
This wine is an excellent accompaniment to white meat dishes, pasta or rice courses, and fresh cheeses.
