MASCARPONE CREAM 62%: mascarpone cheese (23% of the total) (cream (MILK), acidity regulator: citric acid), water, non-hydrogenated vegetable fats (palm kernel and palm in varying proportions), sugar, EGG yolk (2,3% of the total), MILK protein, salt, stabilizers: sorbitol syrup, hydroxypropyl cellulose and potassium phosphate, emulsifiers: mono- and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids and lecithin (sunflower), colour: beta-carotene, flavourings.
COFFEE SYRUP 18%: coffee, glucose syrup. SAVOIARDI BISCUITS 15%: WHEAT flour, sugar, EGGS, raising agents: sodium bicarbonate and ammonium bicarbonate, glucose syrup, natural flavourings, salt. Cocoa powder 1%.
May contain NUTS (ALMOND, HAZELNUT, WALNUT, PISTACHIO), SOY.

Storage and Serving: Frozen product: keep at a temperature of -18 °C or lower. “Best before end”: month/year printed on the label. Thaw the product inside its closed jar keeping it in the refrigerator (+4°C) for 1-2 hours.
After thawing keep the product in the refrigerator and consume within 48 hours. Do not freeze again.
