St James follows a hand-cut and seasoned process with a blend of genuine sea salt and soft brown sugar, before the fillets are smoked over oak logs. They
are then thinly sliced and vacuum-packed, locking in their smoky flavour.
No artificial colours or preservatives. No GMOs. Kosher.
