Intense aroma that lasts. It faces the icy winters and hot summers, in barrels of different dimensions for each stage and of different types of wood: oak, mulberry, chestnut, cherry or sometimes juniper. There, the traditional Balsamico di Modena, goes through all the stages of maturation and aging over the years, finally reaching a balance of flavors and aromas that only time and passion can provide. The secrets of its production are passed down from family to family, grandfather to grandfather.<\/span><br \/>\n<span dir=\"auto\">It was initially used as a digestif, but over time, it found its place on the lists of great chefs around the world, from appetizers to desserts. It goes ideally with spicy and strong-flavored cheeses, fruit salads, strawberries or cherries, pastry creams, ice creams, Panettone or sophisticated cocktails.<\/span><br \/>\n<strong><span dir=\"auto\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0boiled grape must from Modena (Trebbiano and Lambrusco).<\/span><br \/>\n<strong><span dir=\"auto\">Contains sulphites.
