This time-tested specialty combines fresh egg yolks, sugar, and the prized Marsala wine. Originally used as a tonic, it is now an icon of Italian taste, with authentic tradition and an unmistakable creaminess.<br \/>\nTasting notes: Creamy yellow in color with a dense and velvety consistency. The sweet aroma of eggs dominates the nose, balanced by the warm, vinous notes of Marsala.
