{"id":14673,"date":"2026-03-12T12:17:09","date_gmt":"2026-03-12T10:17:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tuttofood.gr\/?post_type=product&#038;p=14673"},"modified":"2026-04-10T17:52:52","modified_gmt":"2026-04-10T14:52:52","slug":"recipe-farfalle-with-avocado-pesto","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/www.tuttofood.gr\/en\/eshop\/recipe-farfalle-with-avocado-pesto\/","title":{"rendered":"Farfalle with Avocado Pesto Recipe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Avocado pesto is a creamy sauce with a captivating flavor that\u2019s quick and easy to make.<br \/>\n<strong>Ingredients for 2 people:<\/strong> 300g Liguori <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tuttofood.gr\/en\/eshop\/farfalle-i-g-p-500g\/\">Farfalle<\/a>,<\/strong> 40g <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tuttofood.gr\/en\/eshop\/pine-nuts-shelled-35g\/\"><strong>Pine nuts<\/strong><\/a>, 1 ripe avocado, half a lemon, extra virgin olive oil, basil leaves.<br \/>\n<strong>Directions:<\/strong><br \/>\nStart with the avocado pesto. Choose a medium-sized, ripe avocado. Place it on a cutting board and cut it in half with a knife, then remove the large stone inside.<br \/>\nScoop out the pulp from the peel and transfer it to a blender.<br \/>\nSqueeze the lemon juice, strain it, and add it to the avocado; this will also prevent it from browning.<br \/>\nPlace a small, nonstick pan over low heat and add the pine nuts to toast them. Let them brown slightly, stirring occasionally to prevent them from burning.<br \/>\nRemove 40g of the mixture and add it to the avocado in the blender.<br \/>\nPeel the garlic clove and cut half of it, then add it to the avocado.<br \/>\nWash the basil leaves thoroughly, dry them carefully, and add them to the rest of the ingredients.<br \/>\nStart blending until smooth. Add a little olive oil, just enough to obtain a velvety cream.<br \/>\nBlend again, season with salt and pepper, and transfer the mixture from the blender to a bowl.<br \/>\nCook the Farfalle Liguori in a large pot of boiling salted water, following the cooking times on the package.<br \/>\nOnce cooked, drain and return to the pot.
