After saut\u00e9ing for a few minutes, add the crab meat, drained of its preserving liquid, and cook for a few minutes until completely dry.<br \/>\nAt this point, add the vodka or grappa.<br \/>\nLet all the alcohol evaporate and add the tomato puree. Let it reduce for a few minutes, then add the cream and season with salt. At this point, cook the gnocchi in plenty of salted water. As soon as they float, drain them directly into the pan with the sauce, stirring briefly to blend the flavors.
