After a few minutes, add the cream and stir. Once the leek has wilted, add the smoked salmon, chopped into small pieces.<\/span><br \/>\n<span dir=\"auto\">To soften the aroma of the salmon, add a small dose of vodka or tsipouro. In the meantime, cook the pasta.
