It grows in Ireland, Australia, Argentina.<br \/>\nAngus beef is made up of 80% protein and 20% fat. It is characterized by its bright red color and its marbling (the distribution of fat within the muscle tissue) in which the fat is white and shiny. It is soft and compact to the touch.
